BUTTE COMMUNITY BASED COALITION
The Butte Community Based Coalition (BCBC) is a collaboration between the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and Butte County Office of Education. BCBC collaborates with local agencies and community organizations to provide men and women returning from state prison or county jail with services necessary for a successful transition into the community. Each program participant will attend scheduled classes and individual meetings with a BCBC Case Manager. The average program enrollment is six months, with the ability to seek approval for additional enrollment time as needed.
Program participants include men and women on State parole supervision. Men and women on probation may also enroll in the BCBC Program. Services requiring funding are not available to participants who are on probation.
